Developed as compact, roof-prism surveillance binoculars, the Steiner 10x42R Tactical Binoculars sport tactical application-specific features that make communications between the spotter and shooter seamless. Its SUMR (Steiner Universal Mil Reticle) is displayed on the right side and provides the user a quick reference for judging range. Ergonomically designed with the viewer’s comfort in mind, these binoculars have soft-rubber eyecups that can be folded to accommodate eyeglass wearers. Rubberized armor coating protects them from the harshest conditions. Checkered gripping surface with recessed thumb pits optimizes comfort for long-term viewing sessions. Nitrogen-purged and fully multicoated lenses combined with a shockproof and waterproof housing endure extreme field use. Central focus knob has aggressive ridges for a sure gripping surface and rapid adjustment. Attached objective lens covers protect the lenses from dirt and debris. Includes a custom molded rubber case.
